Sara Ali Khan has rented out her bungalow in Andheri West for a total lease value of ₹4.14 crore over five years. The property, located in Belscot Co-operative Housing Society in the Old Lokhandwala Complex, spans around 4,500 sq ft (G+1 structure).
The tenant, Prodigy Montessori India Pvt Ltd, will use the space strictly for school-related activities. The lease begins on May 1, 2026, with an initial monthly rent of ₹6.5 lakh and a ₹20 lakh security deposit. The agreement includes a three-year lock-in period and a 5% annual rent escalation from the third year.
Mumbai’s premium rental market has seen multiple high-profile transactions recently. Madhuri Dixit leased an office space in Lower Parel for ₹2.81 crore over five years, while Shraddha Kapoor renewed her Juhu apartment lease at ₹6 lakh per month, paying ₹72 lakh upfront for a year.
