Samantha Akkineni is currently trying to avoid all media interactions and public events as the rumours of her divorce from Naga Chaitanya are rapidly gaining attention. The actress, however, marked her visit to Tirupati Balaji Temple with her team and offered prayer.
The actress took to her Instagram account and shared a selfie with her team after visiting the temple. She wrote, "A team that prays together stays together." (sic)
However, while Samantha was leaving outside the temple, a media photographer asked her to pose for a picture. Samantha reportedly said that we are in the temple don't you have any sense. Reports say that the actress was voluntarily trying to avoid media interaction, so she does not have to answer the divorce speculations.
The actress is refraining from answering divorce-related questions. In an interview with Film Companion, she said she wants to take a break as she has not taken any in 11 years. The rumours of her marriage hitting a rough spot started making rounds after the actress dropped 'Akkineni' from her social media handles. She was also absent from her father in law Nagarjuna's birthday lunch.
Recent reports say that Samantha and Naga seek a marriage counsellor and that Nagarjuna is trying to make things all right with the two. On the work front, Samantha was last seen in The Family Man 2. She will be next seen in Shakuntalam.
