Ever since Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya's separation news came to light, their fans are in shock and still figuring out the details of rumours/news sources and reason.

Likewise, there were several such separations and divorces reports came that left the nation disturbed. Today, we got seven divorces in the south industry, which left the fans sad.

Kamal Haasan and Sarika: Both were in love and tied the knot in 1986. But with a few years, things didn't go well between the couple as they separated in 2002 and divorced in 2004. Before Sarika, Kamal Haasan was married to dancer Vani Ganapathy for ten years. 

AL Vijay and Amala Paul: Thalaivii director and Malayalam actress Amala Paul fell in love on the sets and soon tied the knot in 2014. Later in 2017, the two got divorced due to a disagreement between them. Talking about the divorce, Amala said that she got married at the age of 23 and reportedly said that her husband and family were stopping to do films. However, Vijay said otherwise, "When Amala wanted to continue her career in films, I supported her. I was never a hindrance."

Dileep and Manju Warrier: Both are famous Malayalam actors and did three films together. Later they fell in love and got married in 1998 in a grand ceremony. Within a few years, the couple got separated and headed for divorce. It was a piece of big news at that time and broke many hearts.

Pawan Kalyan and Renu Desai: After live-in for 8 years Pawan Kalyan and Renu Desai got maried in 2009. But the bond between the duo got loose, and they parted ways in 2012 with a formal divorce. 

Priyadarshan and Lissy: A talented director and a beautiful actress fell in love and married in 1990. But after being together for 24years, the couple split due to the difference in opinions. They got divorced in 2014.

Prabhu Deva and Ramlatha: Both got married in the year 1995 and divorced in 2010. Like Prabhu Deva, Ramlatha was also a dancer and hailed from a Muslim family. Later in their marriage, Ramlatha got converted to Hindu and changed her name to Latha.

Arvind Swamy and Gayathri: Thalaivii actor married Gayathri in the year 1994 they were in love. However, according to reports, they got separated in 2010 because Arvind was having an alleged relationship with Aparna Mukherjee, a lawyer by profession. Soon after their divorce, within two years, Arvind married Aparna in 2012.
