Once upon a time, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif reported dating each other. Now, it has been over three-four years since Katrina and Ranbir parted ways, and she has never really spoken about the split until now.
During the shooting for Jagga Jasoos, Katrina and Ranbir Kapoor broke up, which is still unknown. Currently, Ranbir is dating Alia Bhatt and soon will tie the knot.
On the other hand, there are rumours of Katrina dating Vicky Kaushal going on since last year. Right now, she is in Turkey shoot for Tiger 3 with Salman Khan.
According to SpotboyE's report, Katrina had once said that she was very close to Ranbir's family and that she was added to Kapoor's family group on WhatsApp, but later was removed.
The report also mentioned that late Ritu Nanda, was the group admin, and Ranbir’s aunt removed Katrina from the group. Ritu died last year battling cancer. On January 14, 2020, she was also the mother-in-law of Shweta Bachchan Nanda.
Interestingly, it was also said that late Rishi Kapoor, who was not a part of the group, joined the group post-Katrina’s exit. Last year, actor Rishi also died battling cancer, on April 30.
In an interview with Vogue, Katrina talked about her break-up with Ranbir, saying she has no remorse and considers her separation from Ranbir as a "blessing".
Katrina said, "It's probably one of the first times in my life where I really had only myself to focus on. And when you focus on yourself, often, the first thing you realise is that you don't really know yourself. It's like a period of not knowing, a period of being uncomfortable because you are seeing yourself in your raw form without embellishments and then accepting that you don't really know who you are."
Katrina Kaif is currently busy filming Tiger 3 with Salman Khan will soon be seen in Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi. She also has a rom-com Phone Bhoot and a film Jee Lee Zaraa with Alia Bhatt-Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
