Bhuvneshwar Kumar is one of the top seamers for Team India across formats. He came up with a prolific performance to help India register a series win against India in the just-concluded One-Day Internationals against England. He eyes Indian Premier League glory with Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Indian seamer Bhuvneshwar Kumarbever fails to impress. He did precisely the same during the just-concluded One-Day Internationals against England, finishing as the joint second most wicket-taker, besides having the series's best bowling economy.

Bhuvi's performance was applaudable since he was making a comeback to the side after a long injury layoff. Meanwhile, as he switches his attention to the Indian Premier League and eyes glory with Sunrisers Hyderabad, he is conscious regarding his workload management, keeping an eye on the upcoming Tests in England.

"Of course, red-ball cricket is on my radar. I will prepare, keeping the red ball in mind. Although what kind of team will be selected for Test matches is an entirely different scenario. My workload management and training during IPL will be keeping the red ball in mind because I know there's a lot of Tests ahead and my priority still is Test cricket," said Bhuvneshwar during the post-match press conference on Sunday, reports PTI.

"I have stopped making long term plans as in the past when I have done that, things haven't gone in my favour. Be it because of injury or form. But yes, workload management is something I will be seriously monitoring along with team management. So yes, since I was unfit for a long time, I had to ensure that I put a lot of emphasis on being fit. We have a lot of cricket ahead along with England tour, so I will try and keep myself fit," he added.

England put on a show in India's just-concluded limited-overs leg, especially with the bat, justifying its tag of being the reigning world champion and the number one Twenty20 International and ODI side. On the same note, Bhuvi reckons that it would be even difficult to bowl at the English batsman in their backyard come August.

"As a bowler, we had spoken that the way England play, they will give an opportunity, but for that, you need to bowl well. We see that the whole team plays attacking, but it is not that they play rare shots or forcefully score runs. They catch the bad balls and also score off good deliveries, it is difficult to ball against such a team, but we had spoken about how to face the situation," concluded Bhuvi.
