T20 World Cup 2021, IND vs PAK: Virat Kohli's childhood coach reveals his knack for scoring against Pakistan

India and Pakistan collide in the Super 12 of the 2021 ICC T20 World Cup in Dubai on Sunday. While Virat Kohli has a knack for scoring against Pakistan, his childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma reveals its reason.

It would be a mouth-watering clash between arch-rivals India and Pakistan in Group 2's Super 12 meeting of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday. India has enjoyed a good record over Pakistan, having won all the five encounters in the tournament to date.

As it looks to continue its streak, it might not come easy, while Pakistan seems determined to strike back. Also, skipper Virat Kohli's form would play a crucial role, considering his knack for scoring against the side. In the same light, his childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma has revealed the reason behind his success against Pakistan.

Speaking to ANI, Rajkumar said that Kohli has a remarkable ability to withstand pressure while he enjoys challenges, leading him to score against Pakistan every single time. Notably, Kohli is the only man Pakistan has been unable to dismiss so far in the competition to date. However, with his current from being somewhat shaky, it could change this term.

On the other hand, former Indian legend Kirti Azad stated that India has the upper hand, judging by the current form, while the historical advantage would play in its favour. He also feels that the Indians have a good feel of the Dubai track by now, thanks to the just-concluded Indian Premier League (IPL).

Also, seamer Mohammed Shami's childhood coach Badruddin Siddiqui believes India is far ahead in every department compared to Pakistan. He told ANI that India's bowling is the best globally and is undoubtedly the favourite to see itself past Pakistan, besides backing it as a solid contender to lift the title.
