This allowance will benefit Secretaries, Additional Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Staff Officers and Section Officers, Private Secretaries, Personal Assistants, Stenographers, Section Officers as well as Assistant Grade-2 and Assistant Grade-3 employees.
