For the last few days, a death hoax on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan committing suicide has been doing the rounds online.
It later came out that the hoax was started by a Pakistan-based website that suggested Aishwarya committed suicide by taking sleeping pills due to “marital woes.”
During the press meet for Himesh Reshammiya’s music album, a reporter asked Amitabh about this viral hoax involving his daughter-in-law.
The poised actor reaction was epic. He only looked and smiled and refused a comment.
A death hoax involving an actor is nothing new. Before Aishwarya, Amitabh Bachchan himself has been the target of such stories.
Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Honey Singh, Rajinikanth and Dilip Kumar are among others who faced death hoaxes.
