Maasthi is an Indian film dialogues writer/actor, who has worked predominantly in the Kannada movie industry. Maasthi has worked in popular movies like Kaddipudi, tagaru,  Salaga.

Maasthi, who made a debut as a dialogue writer for 'Kaddipudi', grabbed the attention of many directors. He recently wrote for the movie 'College Kumar', 'Ayogya', 'Tagaru' among others. 

As a script writer, he has many famed movies in his kitty. Not just action thrillers, his genre spreads across various subjects like love, comedy and children's films. His notable works include Ball Pen, Yograj Bhatt helmed Panchatantra, Shiva Rajkumar starrer Kaddipudi and Tagaru, Ninasam Sathish's Ayogya, Prajwal Devaraj’s Gentleman and College Kumara. 

Maasthi is currently working on PRK Production starring Likith Shetty – Family Pack, director Sharan’s untitled, Abhishek Ambareesh starrer Bad Manners and actors Kishore and Vasishta starring yet to be titled films. 

He enjoys a huge fan following for his punchy and memorable dialogues and scripts. Maasthi has tasted success by working with the likes of Yogaraj Bhatt, Suri, Ram Gopal Verma, Jadesh Kumar, Tarun Sudhir, Arjun and Vachan in the Sandalwood industry.
