Superstar Mahesh Babu to play CM in his next flick

Telugu film industry has not seen many heroes playing the role of CM This prestigious role was offered to superstar Mahesh Babu in Koratala Siva’s direction

Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu would be donning the role of Chief Minister in his next flick Bharat Ane Nenu under the direction of Koratala Siva. This would be the second film of the duo after their successful debut Srimanthudu which was a blockbuster hit.

Mahesh Babu had already portrayed the role of an MLA in his film Dookudu and its nothing new to him but not many heroes have played the role of a CM and so it would be special for Mahesh Babu.

Crucial shots of Mahesh Babu, Posani Krishna Murali, Banerjee and other actors decked up as political leaders on the special set of assembly have been captured recently.

Currently, Mahesh Babu is vacationing with his family in Italy and the next schedule would start shooting soon after his return. A special chamber is being erected for the next schedule in which Mahesh would be shot as a CM.

The film is said to be a powerful political thriller loaded with commercial elements. Kiara Advani plays the female lead in the film produced by DVV Danayya.
