Legendary actress Saira Banu, who recently lost her husband, veteran actor Dilip Kumar is not keeping well. The actress was hospitalised on August 29. She was then shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital on Wednesday (September 1).
The actress was complaining about blood pressure issues for the last three days until her health suddenly deteriorated. Dilip Kumar, Saira Banu's husband, passed away on July 2, 2021. The actor passed away at the age of 89 due to age-related issues and health problems.
The entire nation mourned the death of legendary actor Dilip Kumar. Many Bollywood celebrities paid a visit to their mansion, expressing their grief on the actor's demise.
Social media was filled with condolence messages and posts. Many called it the 'end of an era'. Saira Banu made her acting debut in the 1961 movie Junglee opposite the late actor.
