Malayalam film Cold Case is all set to release on June 30th on Amazon Prime Video. The film features superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran and Aditi Balan in the lead.
The film trailer recently unveiled and fans are not able to wait for the film to get released. The horror-thriller movie Cold Case is a riveting story of a complex murder case taken on by Trivandrum’s most brilliant officers - ACP Satyajith (Prithviraj Sukumaran).
The story unravels several mysteries behind the murder, and the case takes an instead ‘cold’ turn with the emergence of supernatural forces in the case.
Talking about the experience working with superstar Prithviraj, Adithi Balan shares, "On the first day of shoot I was nervous cause this was probably the first time I'm seeing him in person. I am a fan. He is too professional and perfect. But the next day it got better. Then I started having conversations with him. He is also a director, right so he has an eye for things as a director. Once or twice he helped me with a few things in a scene and would suggest how to fix it. It was nice of him to help me or teach as a co-artist to help me perform better."

Through parallel investigations, ACP Satyajith and investigative journalist Medha Padmaja, played by Aditi Balan, eventually cross paths to discover secrets they never imagined.
Cold Case is helmed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Tanu Balak, marking his directorial debut. At the same time, it is jointly produced by Anto Joseph and Plan J Studios, penned by Sreenath V Nath.
