Malayalam superstar Mohanlal paid a visit to his ancestral home in Pathanamthitta for the first time in over three decades.
The actor was born at this house near the Bhagavathikunnu Temple in Elanthoor back in May 1960. Mohanal reached Elanthoor at around 5 am on Saturday, spent time with his relatives and left around 9 am for Kochi.
"A revisit to my ancestral home, Elanthoor Punnakkal after 32 years, while sitting on the veranda reminiscing those nostalgic memories (sic)," Mohanlal tweeted, with a photo of him along with some of his family members and also filmmaker B Unnikrishnan.
Mohanlal is currently shooting for Unnikrishnan's "Villain", which also stars Manju Warrier, Vishal, Hansika Motwani and Raashi Khanna. Villain will also see the reunion of Mohanlal and Peter Hein, who had choreographed the stunts for Mollywood's industry hit "Pulimurugan".
