Makers, fans angry after Nayanthara skips audio launch
Synopsis
Babu Bangaram marks the three-decade anniversary of actor Venkatesh. Hence everything associated with the film is a 'big deal' in the Telugu film industry. Indeed, several celebs even showed up for the audio launch. However, the one person conspicuously missing was actress Nayanthara.
Her giving a miss to such an important event apparently didn't go down well with Venky fans and the Babu Bangaram team.
Possibly as a backlash, the filmmakers have now dropped their plans to shoot a pending song and have decided to release the film on August 12 as announced.
On the other hand, Nayan fans maintain that the actress didn't attend the audio launch as it has been her principle not to attend any promotional events.
