He was recently seen in the movie Raajakumara directed by Santhosh Ananddram and produced by Homable Films. The film had released on the 24th March and became a huge box office success.
It had also got critical acclaim and commercial success. In fact, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah who rarely watches films took his time off to watch Raajakumara movie on Sunday in Mysuru.
After watching the movie, Siddaramaiah on his twitter page has posted that Raajakumara reminded him of the late actor and Puneeth's father Dr Rajkumar’s movies which with family values.
Monday morning, Siddaramaiah also met Puneeth and director Santhosh Ananddram and wished them on the success of the movie, which has evoked great response from the audiences.
