The trailer of Hari-Chiyaan Vikram's Saamy2 is trending No 2 on YouTube. And why not? Vikram is back as Saamy the strict police officer 15 years of its prequel Saamy, where he was known as Aaruswamy.

The trailer is full of action, race and style. In 15 years, Vikram looks more stunning as the police officer. However, in the prequel, Trisha was the leading lady but in Saamy2, the Mahanati herself Keerthy Suresh has acted opposite Vikram.

Bobby Simha of Jigarthanda fame is the main villain. Though not much of the story is revealed, it looks like Saamy2 is going to be an out and out action movie and one needs to wait and see if the magic of Hari-Vikram can win the hearts of people again after one-and-a-half decades.

The first movie Saamy was a box office hit and was remade in Telugu as Lakshmi Narasimha in 2004, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, in Bengali as Barood starring Mithun Chakraborty, in Kannada as Ayya in 2005, starring Darshan and in Hindi as Policegiri in 2013 with Sanjay Dutt in the lead role.
