Within minutes of television channels announced the marriage of Sandalwood stars Meghana Raj and Chiranjeevi Sarja, Chiranjeevi Sarja denied these reports to Suvarna News.

Television channels reported that Chiranjeevi and Meghana were getting married on December 22. The couple known to be "good friends" have starred together in the recently released thriller 'Aatagara'. 

Chiranjeevi Sarja told Suvarna News that there is no marriage on cards as both of them are just "good friends". "If I am getting married, I will not hide from my fans," Chiranjeevi Sarja said.

Both Chiranjeevi Sarja and Meghana Raj hail from star families. While Chiranjeevi is the nephew of actor Arjun Sarja and brother of Dhruv Sarja, Meghana Raj is the daughter of actors Sundar Raj and Prameela Joshai.
