Internet users are offended by seeing the latest Navratri Post by Eros Now, read details.

Eros Now is getting mercilessly trolled on social media by the internet users after their latest Navratri post. Not so long ago an ad campaign was slammed by the internet users, and now they are trolling and trending #BoycottErosNow as they shared the latest Navratri Post, wherein Katrina Kaif can be seen in a yellow saree.

The post read, 'Do you want to put 'ratri' in my Navratri?'.

Eros has been sharing multiple Navratri posts by posting the stills from their movies. Be it Deepika Padukone or Aishwarya Rai, Eros posted several videos and stills from the movie, relatable to Navratri and festival season.

The recent one with Katrina Kaif did not go well with the Internet users and the trolling began.

Twitter users even compared Eros Now's wishes to its Eid wishes and discovered many such angles to troll.

The message that Eros wanted to convey with the post seemed unclear to the public.

Now the company is on the receiving end of social media as Twitter users believe they mocked the glorious Hindu festival

BJP Haryana Social Media Head Arun Yadav shamed the company for posting a distasteful post on Twitter. Soon the users picked up the trend and in no time, #BoycottErosNow was trending.

Eros Now has released a statement saying, "We at Eros love and respect our cultures equally. It is not, and it has never been, our intention to hurt anyone's emotions. We have deleted the concerned posts and we apologise for having offended anybody's sentiments. Thanking you, team Eros Now."
