Amitabh Bachchan's popular game show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) season 13 is back, and its first episode was on August 23. The game show completed its first week and even got season’s first crorepati, Himani Bundela. 

Last Friday, a gentleman named Desh Bandhu Panday, who is a railway employee living in Kota, Rajasthan. He succeeded to answer the first 10 questions with ease and took home Rs 3,20,000.

But now, Mr Panday is suffering the consequences of participating in the show. According to reports, Panday has now landed in legal trouble. He has reportedly been slapped with a charge sheet by the Railway Administration to participate in Amitabh Bachchan's popular game KBC 13.

A report suggests that Panday stayed in Mumbai from August 9-13 to be on KBC. Before leaving for Mumbai from Kota, Panday informed his seniors about taking leaves, but his application was not considered. 

After his appearance on the KBC, the railway officials sent a charge sheet to him but has prevailed silent on the matter. Following the case, railway employees’ organisation has been protesting on the issue.
