Synopsis

Kochi witnessed a sparkling star-studded fashion show, where celebrities walked the ramp with supermodels from Kerala Mollywood stars like Amala Paul, Tovino Thomas and Dulquar Salman received fashion icon awards. Bala released the theme song of Lulu Fashion Week, composed by music director Rahul Subrahmanian

The fashion week had a grand opening in Kochi on 19th April. Kochi witnessed a sparkling star-studded fashion show, where celebrities turned showstoppers and walked the ramp. Actor Rajeev Pillai, Bala, Mareena and Anjaly were some of the celebrities who walk the ramp on day 1. Bala released the theme song of Lulu Fashion Week by music director Rahul Subrahmanian who conquered the hearts of Keralite through Joe and the boy and Mohanlal's 1971 Beyond Borders.

 

On the final day of the Lulu fashion week, big stars like Amala Paul, Tovino Thomas and Dulquar Salman received the fashion icon award.

In an interview, In an interview, Amala expressed her excitement on having won an award for fashion from her city Kochi; she also mentioned that she has already won many awards as a fashion and style icon from many other states and cities but not from here.

 

The organisers have also put forth a contest wherein onlookers can judge the designer and vote for their favourite model. The Lulu fashion week is sure to make Kochi one of the most sought-after destinations for fashion lovers.
