CM Rangasamy resigns after AINRC defeat in Puducherry

Rangasamy handed over his resignation letter to Lt Governor A K Singh at the Raj Nivas here.
 

He told reporters that he had submitted the resignation of his cabinet.
  

Congress-DMK combine emerged as the winners in the elections, bagging 17 seats in the 30-member Assembly and AINRC managed to win only eight seats.
