Indian skipper Virat Kohli has a challenging task at hand. He would look to perform better with the bat, besides leading India in the third Test of the ongoing Pataudi Trophy at Headingley in Leeds from Wednesday.
Ahead of the same, Kohli has involved himself in an intense workout session. One of the fascinating things about his workouts is that he loves the weightlifting sessions.

He also shared a picture where he is seen mildly pulling the bar in the air and performing a one-legged squat while standing and bending over. He captioned the post, "There's literally no substitute to hard work."
It is not the first workout video shared by Kohli. Earlier, during the tout, he had shared some similar videos. Check them out.
