Punjab Kings displayed relentless gameplay to topple former champion Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Match 37 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday. It was a five-run win off the final ball, as PBKS rose to the fifth spot and stayed in contention for the playoffs.

Winning the toss, SRH opted to field, as the decision seemed good, restricting PBKS to a trivial total of 125/7, with pacer Jason Holder claiming three. However, in reply, it became even tough for SRH batters, with the pitch slowing down, despite Holder's unbeaten 47, as spinner Ravi Bishnoi too claimed a three-for, while PBKS pulled it off by five runs in the final ball.
