Hyderabad: The much-awaited IPL 2020 schedule has been released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The tournament will start in Abu Dhabi on September 19.
In the opening game of the Twenty20 tournament, defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will face Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The first match will begin at 7.30 PM IST.
The BCCI has released league fixtures and playoffs, final schedule will be unveiled later.
Former champions Sunrisers Hyderabad will open campaign against the Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on September 21 in Dubai.
