Trott praised individual achievements, including Noor Ahmed's exceptional three-wicket haul in his debut World Cup game and Ibrahim Zadran's impressive batting display, contributing 87 runs from 113 balls. Other notable contributions came from Ramat Shah, Rahmataullah Gurbaz, and Hashmatullah Shahidi in the successful chase of Pakistan's target of 284 runs.
