Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi's foundation has received support from India's Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh in the battle against coronavirus (COVID-19)
Bengaluru: Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has thanked Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh for supporting his foundation to battle against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Former Pakistan all-rounder Afridi runs his own foundation named Shahid Afridi Foundation. As Pakistan, India and rest of the world continues to battle against the deadly coronavirus, cricketers have come forward to support.

Yuvraj took to his Twitter page to post a video message. He urged everyone to support Afridi’s foundation. Off-spinner Harbhajan too did the same.
On his Twitter account, Yuvraj wrote, “These are testing times, it’s time to lookout for each other specially the ones who are lesser fortunate. Lets do our bit, I am supporting @SAfridiOfficial & @SAFoundationN in this noble initiative of covid19. Pls donate on http://donatekarona.com #StayHome @harbhajan_singh (sic).”
Afridi replied to this tweet and thanked the Indian cricketers. “Thank you for all you support-both yourself & my brother @harbhajan_singh are huge pillars of support; this bond we have shows love & peace transgresses borders when it comes to humanity especially. Best wishes to you with your noble endeavours with @YOUWECAN #DonateKaroNa (sic).”
