A nurse in Chattanooga, Tennessee created a flutter after she fainted shortly after receiving a dose of Pfizer-BioNTech's Covid-19 vaccine.
Tiffany Dover was addressing a press briefing at the CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee when she suddenly complained of dizziness.
She said, "All of my staff, you know, we are excited to get the vaccine. We are in the Covid unit, so therefore, you know, my team will be getting first chances to get the vaccine.”
"And I know that it is really.... Sorry, I am feeling really dizzy," she said before fainting.
After recovering later, Dover said she often faints when she feels pain.
Even her colleagues dismissed any vaccine link to what happened to the nurse.
Dr Jesse Tucker, Medical Director at CHI Memorial, who also received the vaccine said: "It is a reaction that can happen very frequently with any vaccine or shot."
