1. Always have your breakfast:      



There’s a saying that goes – eat like a king for a breakfast, and as a pauper for dinner. Follow that. It is important to do so because it gives you the energy to get through the day as you’re mentally alert to power through whatever is thrown at you. Ensure that this breakfast is healthy and nutritious.

2. Take frequent breaks: 
 



While it's normal to want to finish up the tasks for the day as quickly and efficiently as possible,  it is equally important to take well-timed short breaks to refresh and rejuvenate.

3. Sleep well:  To be fully functional, it is necessary to get the pre-requisite 7-8 hours of sleep.
