The introduction of auto-block signalling between Kanpur and Mughalsarai, covering over 400 kilometres, significantly enhanced the capacity, throughput, and punctuality of freight and passenger train operations. The integrated Centralised Traffic Control (CTC) located at Tundla, Uttar Pradesh, ensured full safety.
