Dowry death? Eloped couple returns home, girl found dead with froth!

Synopsis

20-year-old couple from Pudimadaka eloped as their families were against the relationship They boy got the girl to his house after six days But after a month, she was found dead, with froth coming out of her mouth Her parents have accused the boy and his family of killing her for dowry

Dhanalakshmi and Kasubabu eloped as the families were against them getting married. But the boy took the girl home after six days. The girl’s parents had stopped talking to the girl, and the boy’s family was not happy having her home. After a month’s stay in the boy’s house, the girl was found dead with froth coming out of her mouth!

20-year-old Dhanalakshmi was in love with U Kasubabu of the same age. The couple was from Pudimadaka village in Andhra Pradesh. As parents were against their relationship, the couple decided to elope.

But after six days, they decided to stay together at the boy’s house till the decision of marriage would take place. Even though the girl’s parents stopped talking to her, they have alleged that she was being tortured for dowry.

“They were not happy as she came home without any dowry and they wanted their son to get married to a girl who could get them a huge dowry,” the have said as reported by the Indian Express. They have also alleged that the boy got bored of Dhanalakshmi and he was also involved in killing her.

Speaking to the Indian Express, Atchutapuram sub-inspector Dheenabandhu had said that the parents of the girl alleged that the family members of her boyfriend with whom she had eloped had killed her.

The neighbours found her body lying on the ground with blood from her nose and froth from her mouth, thought it to be a case of suicide and shifted the body for postmortem.

A case against Kusubabu and his family (dowry death case) has been filed based on the complaint filed by girl’s parents. But the police are waiting for the post-mortem report for further probe on the case.
