Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1/2 cup rose syrup
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose essence
  • 3-4 drops pink food color
  • 12 bread slices

Prepare Rose Milk

  • Heat milk in a pan, add sugar and rose syrup.
  • Now add cornflour slurry and cook until thickened.
  • Add condensed milk, fresh cream, rose essence and pink food color.

Create Bread Layer

  • Cut the edges of the bread slices and place them in a tray.
  • Dip each piece of bread well in the prepared rose milk, so that it is completely soaked.

Set the Pudding

  • Lay a layer of bread, then pour a little rose milk on top.
  • Similarly, set all the bread layers and pour rose milk on each layer.

Garnish

  • Sprinkle dried rose petals and chopped pistachios on top.
  • Let the pudding set in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
