Visit National Voters Services Portal (NVSP) website.

Enter all valid credentials to log in or register on the site

Click on the ‘E-EPIC Download’ tab available on the homepage

Select the ‘EPIC No.’ or ‘Form Reference No.’

Enter the EPIC number

Enter the EPIC number or the form reference number you received at the time of filling out the form Image credits: social media

Select the state and click on the ‘Search’ button

'Send OTP’

Verify

Once the OTP is verified, click on the ‘Download e-EPIC’ button
