Joe Biden is set to announce a series of policy reversals from the day he takes over as the 46th President of the United States. Biden's team has reportedly drafted a raft of decrees that he can issue after the inauguration on January 20.

Biden intends to get up and running on On Day 1 itself.

According to a memo circulated by incoming White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, some of the policy reversals include:

* Rescinding the travel ban on several predominantly Muslim countries

* Rejoining the Paris climate change accord

* Extending pandemic-related limits on evictions and student loan payments

* Issuing a mask mandate for federal property and interstate travel

* Directing agencies to figure out how to reunite children separated from families after crossing the border.

Also expected are sweeping changes to the immigration laws that are expected to pave the way of 11 million undocumented immigrants to gain citizenship.

However, Biden's focus is likely to remain on fulfilling his election promise of vaccinating 100 million American in the first 100 days of his term. He has already announced that he will push the US Congress to clear a $1.9 trillion package of economic stimulus and pandemic relief.
