No helmet on Independence Day: Did BBMP corporator, husband set new rule?

In excitement, on Independence Day former corporator CK Ramamurthy took his wife, a BBMP corporator, on a motorcycle and rode the streets of Bengaluru. But the two seem to have forgotten to wear a helmet and did not even wear a face mask properly.
 
While much is spoken about rules and discipline, the former corporator and his wife corporator HC Nagarathna Ramamurthy may require a reminder that rules are there for everyone to be followed.
