Karnataka Pulse | MLAs Can Now Take Naps, Recliners to be Introduced in House to Boost Attendance

In a unique move to enhance attendance and comfort, Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker U.T. Khader has introduced recliners for MLAs. Starting from the upcoming Budget Session on March 3, about 15 recliners will be available in the Assembly lounges for legislators to take short naps after lunch. This initiative follows previous efforts like providing complimentary meals to keep MLAs engaged during sessions.
