Yellapura (Karnataka): Dyamanna, a close associate of Yellapura BJP candidate Shivaram Hebbar was seen distributing money to voters. The video has gone viral on social media. The incident took place in Sirsi of Uttara Kannada. There are talks that he gave Rs 50,000 for 100 votes. Voting is underway in 15 assembly constituencies across Karnataka.
