Bihar minister asks officials to suspend cop after he fails to recognise him

Bihar: Bihar health minister Mangal Pandey asked for suspension of a police officer, who failed to recognise him. The police officer was deputed for security at the foundation stone laying ceremony of a hospital in Siwan. The incident took place on February 14.
