Bengaluru: Monsoon and untimely digging of roads; who created this mess?

Bengaluru: A high-level meeting with joint commissioners and BWSSB officials was held as many roads in Bengaluru are dug up. The digging of roads during monsoon has left motorists fuming and cursing the civic agencies. As half kilometre of road was dug up in Jeevan Bima Nagar and put motorists in trouble, the mayor Gautham Kumar Jain said he has asked the officials to speed up the work and directed not to take any new project until monsoon ends.
