Xiaomi has launched the all-new Mi Max 2 in the Indian market. This successor to the Mi Max comes with a larger battery, improved camera and more RAM compared to the Mi Max that was launched last year.
The Mi Max 2 sports a large 6.44-inch display, just like its predecessor. It comes with a full metal unibody design that promises improved one hand use. It is powered by a Snapdragon 625 coupled with 4GB of RAM. On the storage, it offers 64GB onboard storage options. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat with a layer of MIUI 8 atop.
The device comes fitted with a 12MP (Sony IMX386 sensor) rear snapper and a 5MP front-facing camera. On the back, the company has included a fingerprint scanner. The device also gets USB Type C port. Finally, a large 5300mAh batter fuels the device, promising 2 days of battery life. The device also supports Quick charge 3.0 and parallel charging.
The 4GB + 64GB variant of the Mi Max 2 is priced at 16999 and will be available on July 27, 2017.
