Ola Share Express makes ride sharing 30 percent cheaper in Bengaluru

Ola has now extended its 'Share Express' feature to more than 100 routes.  Share Express makes sharing rides cheaper by 30 percent.

Ola had recently launched the Share Express service in select cities including Bengaluru. Now, the most recent announcement from the company states that the service will be extended to over 100 routes. The feature makes share rides cheaper by 30 percent than the regular Share rides on over 100 routes in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Jaipur, Delhi and NCR.

This feature is for fixed routes in these cities, and those whose pickup and drop-off locations are within the routes can book a ride using the Share icon. The ride starts for as low as Rs 30 for a 4km ride. In future, Ola plans to extend Share Express to more than 300 routes and 10 more cities. 

Ola had released a the list of routes for the Share Express feature in December. Check if your pick and drop points are within walking distance from the route.
