Phone designs as well as software features are reaching a point of stagnancy, and companies are trying to do something different to attract users. A new flagship is here and the highlight of the device is the second AMOLED display on the back. Interestingly, it lights up as soon as the phone is flipped and serves a weather clock, notification area, music player and interesting a mirror camera.

The Meizu Pro 7 is launched in two variants - 5.2-inch display and a larger 5.7-inch display. The larger is named the Pro 7 Plus. The Pro 7 features a 1080p Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and comes powered by a Helio P25 processor. The larger Pro 7 Plus comes with 6GB of RAM, a Helio P30 processor, and you get the option of 64GB or 128GB of storage. The Pro 7 has a 3000mAh battery, while the Pro 7 Plus gets 3500mAh battery.

 

Both phones support Meizu’s mCharge technology for faster charging. On the photography side of things, both phones over a dual-camera setup on the back with two 12-megapixel sensors, as well as a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

 

Both these devices come with a dual camera setup, and the back mirror will let you take some cool seflies using it. You can expect two 12-megapixel sensors at the back and a 16MP shooter on the front. Now, this doesn't mean not much thought has been put into the front camera. It gets a 16MP snapper on the front that supports low light mode to help boost light sensitivity.

 

The company will also include its mCharge technology for quick charging. For instance, it enables 67 percent charge in 30 minutes.
