Diwali is just around the corner and Jio is back with its new Dhan Dhana Dhan offer for the festive season. Today is the last day to avail of the Dhan Dhana Dhan offer.
The new offer brings 100 percent cashback to users on recharging with Rs 399. Jio calls it a Diwali gift from the company to its customers.
The new Dhan Dhana Dhan offer can be availed via online as well as offline recharges. To do so, you can head to MyJio app, Jio.com, Jio Store, Reliance Digital large-format stores. Also available via Jio's retailer partner stores.
Once you recharge for Rs 399, Jio users will get 8 vouchers each worth Rs 50, which means overall they will get Rs 400. These vouchers can then be redeemed against future recharges of Rs 309 and also Rs 90 or above data add-ons. It should be noted that you can redeem the vouchers only post 15 November.
Recently, Jio had quietly updated its Rs 149 plan to bring to users unlimited data. The plan comes with 2GB data with a validity period of 28 days. Post the usage of the 2GB data, users needed to buy a top-up voucher. Now, with the new update, it is offering users unlimited data at Rs 149. But, post the 2GB usage, users will get to access data at 64kbps. However, please note that the speed post FUP lower than what it offers otherwise at 128kbps.
Jio had also updated some of its Dhan Dhana Dhan plans. To begin with, the Rs 309 and Rs 349 4G data plans were updated to offer a validity of 56 days, from 28 days that was available earlier. Both offer unlimited voice calls, text. The Rs 309 recharge will bring to you 56GB data increased from 28GB earlier, and a cap of 1GB/day. At Rs 349, users will get 10 + 10GB data without any cap on daily usage.
The Rs 399 plan has been updated to offer 84 days of validity over the 28 days it offered earlier with 1GB/day cap. The data has also been increased to 84GB.
