  • A dummy iPhone 7s model has also surfaced.

A lot has been already said and written about the iPhone 8. Here's yet another leak, but this time from prolific tipster Evan Blass, who is known to reveal accurate details about unannounced smartphones. The image shows the device in a huge Urban Armor Gear case. The image further confirms edge-to-edge display. It also shows that the front side is all-screen without any home button.

Meanwhile, it is known that the iPhone 8 will be accompanied by the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus. A dummy iPhone 7s model has also surfaced. It comes from iPhone leak specialist Sonny Dickson (via 9To5Mac) revealing a glass back and inductive charging feature. It was earlier known that the iPhone 7s could come with aluminium body and not glass.

This is contrary to some previous reports that said the iPhone 7s model won't get wireless charging, and will be limited to the superior iPhone 8 model. So far, it is believed that the iPhone 7s models won't come with too many changes and it’s the iPhone 8 that will be the limelight dubbed as the 'anniversary edition'.

There is likely to be a significant difference in their pricing too. Fast Company had previously said that the luxury iPhone 8 will cost not less than a whopping $1000, may be slightly higher. Apple developer John Gruber had said that the base model of the anniversary edition of the most high-end iPhone will start at $1200 that transforms to approximately Rs 77,300. This goes against the previous rumours that claimed the price won't exceed $1000.

It will come powered by Apple's own SoC, and so expect the A11 chip. Also expected is a boost in memory, at least for the iPhone 8 variant. Dual rear camera setup could come fitted into the new model too. The iPhone 8 will run iOS 11 and also feature water resistance capability.

One of the most talked about rumour about the iPhone 8 has been the OLED display. After a string of rumours whether the device will come with OLED or not, there have been consistent leaks pointing towards the former. This has given rise to another question - if the device will feature a bezel-less design with a display taking over the front side, then will the fingerprint scanner come embedded within the OLED display or on the back side.
