Many producers will benefit from the functionality since they will be able to promote forthcoming events. Creators may publish countdown tales and much more with planned Live events.

Instagram is currently rolling out a new tool that allows users to schedule an IG Live up to 90 days in advance. For those who are unfamiliar, Instagram Live allows users to stream live videos to their followers via Instagram Stories. It's fantastic for increasing interaction, engaging with your users directly, providing news, and creating your brand. According to Instagram, users will "sign up" to serve as a reminder to tune in.  TikTok released a set of creative tools earlier this month, including the option to plan TikTok LIVE videos. For security concerns, the ByteDance-owned site is still prohibited in India.

Access the Instagram app and slide left to right to open the camera to plan an Instagram Live. Instagram's default format is 'Story,' so swipe right to access Live. Then choose 'Schedule'> Enter the event's name > Enter the date and time. Users must then share it as a post with a picture. Viewers will view the post, the description, and a prompt with the live link. Many producers will benefit from the functionality since they will be able to promote forthcoming events. Creators may publish countdown tales and much more with planned Live events.

Meanwhile, the platform has announced that it is developing a feature that would alert users of outages or technical difficulties directly within the app, only days after two disruptions crippled Facebook and its services. Instagram announced in a blog post that the test would take place in the United States for a few months. On October 4, the company's 3.5 billion users could not access its social media and messaging services, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger, due to a six-hour outage.

Instagram has revealed intentions to combine IGTV and feed videos into a single format known as Instagram Videos. It also disclosed plans to launch a new Video tab on the profile, denoted by a triangle. It will take the place of the traditional IGTV box logo. The upgrade will effectively improve how consumers view videos on the platform.
