According to TheNewsMinute, Sumana Paramata of Madhapur had ordered dal from BigBasket on August 6. She received the packed the next day with a stinky, decomposing rat. The report adds that she has filed a complaint with the Madhapur police station. Furthermore, she was also contacted by Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials.
Meanwhile, BigBasket has acknowledged the issue and apologised.
