Daily fuel price change from 16 June: Here's how you can easily check revised prices

Now, petrol pump owners and operators are looking for a smoother operation when it comes to the daily price revision. And, a new app is out there to help commuters check the fuel prices easily.
IndianOil 's fuel@IOC app will allow users to check the daily updated prices of petrol and diesel in all cities, as per a report in The Times of India. Besides, the report adds that consumers can also check the daily revised prices by simply sending an SMS. One can send 'RSP <Space> DEALER CODE' to 92249-92249.
The report adds that at non-automated pumps, dealers will get updated price via customised SMS, e-mails, mobile app and web portal designed for dealers. Trying to match up with the developed nations that follow the dynamic pricing method was initiated together by IOCL, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation and Bharat Petroleum Corporation.
On the other hand, the Federation of All India Petroleum Traders (FAIPT), representing 54,000 fuel stations, is protesting the move and has decided to go on a strike on June 16. You can download the app here.
