Facebook embraces Mother's Day spirit with lovely flowers

Facebook has embraced the spirit of Mother's Day with a couple of unique features, an experimental flower reaction and the option to send embedded flowers with messages.
The Messenger app integrates a flower button right next to the text box which enables users to send flowers along with a message, photo or GIF by tapping on the animation icon.
The adventurous can even explore a bunch of Mother's Day-themed sticker pack for Messenger, which can be .
Users can also try out a new Facebook reaction called "thankful" on the special occasion of Mother's Day which is symbolised as a flower.
The new reaction feature which was first spotted by a Twitter user Sreedev Sharma is currently tested outside of the US. However, there is no word on which countries would first see this feature.
If the past is any indication, we could expect Facebook to limit the trial usage of its new flower reaction in specific countries such as Ireland and Spain.
