As heavy rains lashed Chennai, it reminded everyone of havoc caused by the 2015 floods. The submerged regions now a result of the 'heaviest rainfall in over a century'. Tamil Nadu State Disaster Management Agency's official handle assured that govt machinery is working round the clock to help citizens and shared the helpline numbers.
