More than 98% of these reports specifically mentioned issues with ChatGPT, suggesting a pervasive interruption in the chatbot's operation.
While partial service restoration was observed, OpenAI has yet to provide a detailed explanation for the disruption. Users remain hopeful for a swift resolution, as ChatGPT remains a crucial tool for many worldwide.
Around 90% of the users reported problems with the app, while 8% were facing issues with the website. Login problems were experienced by 2% of the users.
