In order to launch, market and distribute their products to millions of Amazon customers across the globe, the e-commerce giant has announced Amazon Launchpad in India this week.
Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion’s (DIPP) “Start Up India” initiative, IT industry’s representative organisation Nasscom’s “10,000 Startup” initiative and Indian Angel Network (IAN) have joined hands with Amazon in this initiative.
Vice-President and Country Head Amazon India, Amit Agarwal stated that India is a country which produces amazing talents with brilliant minds. Therefore Amazon will want to help these minds in selling their products not only to the Indian customers but also globally.
